My Lovely Friends,

Colour Create DT card and Guest DT for Paper play Challenges,

Hi peeps, I’m doing this for my blog the night before as I’m putting on my Dt card for Colour Create which is Di’s lovely choice and this is the theme for you to get your ideas from,

pink and black

So it’s baby pink, Black and peach, with the optional extra of Lace or Tulle,  and we are sponsored by Michelle’s scrapbooking ,I have created a wedding card using Magnolia Tilda and Edwin, coloured with Copics with lots of Glamour dust and pearls,

I’m entering this into the following challenges, Lexi’s Challenges~ Layers,    Corrosive ~Flowers,    Quirky crafts~ Ribbons,   Timbroscrapmania~ Summer,    Tuesday Taggers~ Wedding Theme, they are also being sponsored by The Craft Barn here,    creative Craft World~ A Wedding,   Stampavie and more ~ Sparkling,

Colour create DT wedding card with fancy border

Other items used are  Papers~Hot of the Press Wedding~ had it years so don’t know if they still do it any more sorry, and Papermania Exquisite collection, flowers are large rose Hobbycraft, smaller roses and buds Craft shop in Fleetwood, l-Em Branch Punch, Black wire which I curled around my pokie tool was a Freebie with a Magazine years ago, just knew it would come in handy one day lol, the pearl heart pin I made myself using yet more frebbies which I glued to a large pin with Pin Flair glue, pearls are BasicGrey half pearls Opaline, Quickcutz Corner die, Pink and peach textured Papermania card stock, Liquid Pearls, Gorgeous Lace from a craft fair in Manchester,

And thanks to my lovely friend  Mandy you can actually see the sparkle so thanks hun,

please  go and check out the gorgeous creations my fellow teamies have done they are stunning,

And the lovely Sandra has asked me to be a Guest DT for July over at Paperplay Challenges so of course I said yes and this is what I did for them, the challenge is to make ( a card/layout/gift for a child or Teenager, I have used one of Di’s gorgeous Digi’s for my image, available here she is called  Big Sister Babs and she was a dream to colour,

Challenges, Pollycraft~ Pinkalicious/ All pink or a little pink,    A Pocket full of Posies~ One for the girls,    Crafts and Me~ Birthday,

P1020025As you can see I used Acetate for the main front of my card, which I attached my half circle and main image to the front of and my backing piece behind the Acetate, papers are TPC studio Girlfriends phrases there is another layer on the main card behind too which you can’t see duh!  and I bought them from Card Craft Plus, the image is coloured in Copics and I layered her skirt by printing off another image colouring and deco paging it on top with foam pads, brad  and paper flower from stash, Corner die~ X cut I think,

Well hopefully this will have loaded, as Jim’s off tomorrow/today lol, and we are going out, so have fun and I’ll see you soon,

Fantastic Liz! Mmmmm, another piece of gorgeous lace. That was inspired to use the only pieces of black on the suit and hair - how clever. Fab papers too.
